By accessing or using the reno8 platform, you are automatically deemed to have agreed to these Terms. They apply to all users based in Bangladesh and constitute a legally binding agreement. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of the platform. reno8 reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time, and continued use of the platform following any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms. Account Creation & Security
To open an account on reno8, users must be at least 18 years of age, and all information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Each individual may only create one account — multiple accounts are strictly prohibited. It is the user's responsibility to keep their login credentials, password, and personal PIN confidential and not share them with any third party. Any unauthorized access to the account or security breach must be reported to the reno8 support team immediately. You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your account, even if that activity was unauthorized. For your security, we recommend changing your password regularly and keeping two-factor authentication enabled.
User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities
Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh while using the reno8 platform. Fraudulent activity of any kind, unauthorized access to other users' accounts, and any attempt to interfere with the platform's security systems are strictly prohibited. Using reno8 for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any illegal transactions is a serious violation — any such activity detected will result in immediate account closure. Users may not deploy automated bots, scripts, or software to disrupt the normal operation of the platform. Users are expected to treat others with respect and must refrain from posting or sharing offensive, harassing, or misleading content. reno8 reserves the right to pursue legal action against anyone who violates these restrictions.
Payments, Transactions & Account Policy
All financial transactions on reno8 are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (BDT, ৳), and the platform supports popular Bangladeshi mobile banking methods including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Specific minimum and maximum limits apply to deposits and withdrawals, as displayed on the platform. reno8 reserves the right to place a hold on any transaction or request additional documentation for verification in cases of suspected fraud or security concerns. Withdrawal requests typically take 1–3 business days to process, and KYC verification may be required in certain cases. Transactions made using incorrect information may result in account suspension, and the associated funds may not be returned. Under the account inactivity policy, accounts with no activity for 12 consecutive months may be marked as inactive, and any decisions regarding the balance will be at the platform's discretion.
Intellectual Property & Content Policy
All content, logos, trademarks, graphics, software, and designs published on the reno8 platform are protected under reno8's intellectual property rights. Users may not republish, reuse, sell, or distribute any part of this content without prior written permission. Attempting to reverse engineer, replicate, or copy the platform's code, database, or technical infrastructure is strictly prohibited and constitutes a legally actionable offense. By uploading or sharing content on the platform, users are deemed to have granted reno8 a non-exclusive license to use that content. Content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights must not be posted on the platform, and the user responsible for such activity will be held fully liable. Limitation of Liability
Reno8 shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from use of the reno8 platform, unless such loss is proven to be a direct result of the platform's own negligence. reno8 is not responsible for losses caused by technical issues, server outages, or failures of third-party services. Users participate in gaming activities on the platform voluntarily and of their own judgment, and accept full personal responsibility for the outcomes. reno8 is not obligated to provide compensation for losses resulting from internet disconnection, power outages, or device issues. In any dispute, reno8's maximum liability shall be limited to the value of the transaction in question. By using the platform, you are deemed to have fully accepted this limitation of liability.
Account Termination & Suspension
Reno8 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account at any time and for any reason without prior notice, particularly where there is evidence of a terms violation. Users may also request to close their own account at any time, though accounts will not be closed while transactions or disputes are still pending. Upon account termination, any remaining valid balance will be refunded in accordance with our policy; however, bonus and promotional credits are non-refundable. In cases of fraudulent activity or serious terms violations, the full account balance may be forfeited. Relevant provisions of these Terms remain in effect after account termination, and any legal liability continues to apply. reno8 may consider requests to reinstate a terminated account, though this is entirely at the platform's discretion.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute between reno8 and a user will first be addressed through negotiation, and if no resolution is reached, arbitration will be pursued. By using the platform, users are deemed to have waived their right to participate in class action or collective legal proceedings. Any claim submitted for dispute resolution must be raised within 30 days of the date the issue occurred. reno8 reserves the right to issue a final decision on dispute resolution, and that decision shall be binding on both parties. Privacy & Data Protection
